Vicki Knowles: Ms Knowles began her Career in the Insurance Industry as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. She received numerous awards while in the Industry such as the coveted CIC designation. She was successful in servicing both the Insurance Industry and providing coverage for hard to place risks. She serviced all aspects of the Industry such as being one of top producing agents in the 90’s and established long term relationships that still go on to this day

Ms. Knowles has tackled many recruiting projects in the past decade or so. She was fortunate to achieve success by being hired as an in house recruiter for a technology start up company in Silicon Valley by the name of Starfish Software and was able to see it soar to fruition as the company ended up being a $400MM acquisition by Motorola.

Ms Knowles is now involved in the placing and servicing of clients and customers in the Healthcare Industry. She has developed a new relationship with a large network of nurses, Healthcare administrators and nurses of all aspects. She is passionate about making sure that this Industry is treated with the respect and dignity it deserves while keeping up with issues throughout the HealthCare Industry. She believes that the HealthCare Industry is the way of the future and plans on making a strong impact to make sure that both Businesses and representatives of this Industry continue to be recognized for what they can achieve.
